How do they work:
Our Diversity Action plans are used to assess and analyse your organisation across four key pillars: people, policy, brand and culture. We use a mix of qualitative and quantitative data gathered through surveys, workshops, focus groups and more, to form a bespoke list of recommendations and actions for your organisation.
