We work with nonprofits, local councils and funders to design and deliver impactful programmes which support underrepresented communities gain employability and entrepreneurial skills.

With each of our programmes, we take a community-centred design approach, where we gather quantitative and qualitative research from the community of the beneficiaries. in order to design best-fit programmes.

Our work has been featured in The Evening Standard,  Forbes, Complex, and we've been recognised as UK Digital Leaders 100 Award, Top 10 in the Digital Skills and Inclusion Initiative of the Year Shortlist

The Changemakers Programme for EIT Food

We grew EIT Food pipeline of entrepreneurs by 247 diverse people through meetups, a startup weekend and an online campaign.


Empowering young black men in tech

We teamed up with The Workforce Integration Network, The Mayor of London and Jolt, to launch The Tech Career Scholarship, supporting young black men to develop tech and employability skills.
